The architecture website Houzz have just published a feature on my Peppermint Grove project, The River House.

Some of you might be unfamiliar with Houzz. They’re a realtively new website and online community for architecture, interior design and landscape design. It’s like an interactive online magazine.

Houzz features articles, photos, product reviews and a forum. It’s rapidly changing the way people find their residential architect.

This new platform also means that people interested in a house or some feature of it can ask the architect directly. This is a shake up in the industry to say the least.

I find this new development exciting because it opens up the conversation. People who may never have considered using an architect now feel they can approach one. This is a really positive thing.
