Work on the Marina House in Mandurah has started on site.
We are so excited about this multigenerational holiday home.
The design is intended to reflect and support the holiday fun feel of the marina.
There are colourful aluminum awnings. There are also retractable sun and wind censored roller blinds in three colours. These reflect the colours of nautical flags and sails.
The house can be a three storey townhouse. It can open up or close down. The top floor has a sliding door that can close and create the feeling of a small townhouse.
We hope to work with sculptor Tony Jones. His work sits so comfortably with the building and the nautical environment of the property.
It will be fantastic to watch this landmark project take shape over the coming year.
